Tom Bissell

Tom was introduced to music at the age of 8 by taking piano lessons. After finishing lessons at 13, he continued to learn
piano watching Freddie Mercury which inspired him to form a band and write music.

His first band went under the name of ‘Eclipse’ which he joined at the age of 15, playing a variety of cover material at local
venues. A few years later, he went on to join a group called ‘Ninth Wave’ who played all original material. They played
venues around the country and recorded demo material in the studios.

Whilst with ‘Ninth Wave’, he was quickly impressed by a band called ‘Dallas’ and their lively stage performances. As
‘Ninth Wave’ drifted apart he joined ‘Dallas’ and stayed with them for the next few years.

Other than playing with bands, Tom has played written and recorded music for plays, musicals and worked with solo
artists both live and in the studio. He has continued to record and produce his own material but with all of his music
ventures, ‘Queen’ has been a huge influence.
