Scott Maley

Scott was one of the founder members of ‘Flash’, formerly known as ‘Queen on Fire’. After attending Sneyd Comprehensive
School, Scott knew that there was only one road for him in life; music and singing. He started playing with a group called ‘IBZ’
before joining a cabaret band called ‘Kid Gluvz’.

This band enjoyed 3 successful years but his love for ‘Queen’ led him to form what was to become the finest tribute band
– Flash.

Scott has experienced many highlights in his career but he considers that his best achievement was playing at the Queen
Convention in 2000, held at Prestatyn, North Wales.

When Scott is asked who is his favourite musician – he only has one reply, his idol Freddie Mercury.
