Chris Malin

Chris started playing bass at 15 years old and straight away was practicing 7 – 8 hours a day.

His 1st band was a local Bon Jovi tribute band, when he was the tender age of 15. He then expanded and started playing I
n cover bands at nightclubs and weddings across the county. He then went to work as a songwriter for Sony when he was
25, penning tracks for such artists as Kylie Minogue and Jamiroquai. He eventually got bored of this as he missed playing
live, so he went back to the cover band circuit and played more nightclubs and weddings, except this time they were
bigger gigs, he even headlined for Jools Holland’s R & B Band in Ireland.

In July of last year Chris joined Queen on Fire and is loving every minute of it.
